From a network to a service provider for the “last mile”
mail alliance was founded with the vision of building a network of private mail services to standardize logistics and billing systems and enable regional mail services to deliver national mail.
Since our founding, however, the industry has changed significantly, and we have continued to evolve. We now focus on centralizing mail volumes such as business mail, dialog mail, e-commerce shipment and press mail. Our customers benefit from faster and more reliable delivery thanks to optimized process chains and enhanced logistics structures.

You can find our partner network of private postal service providers directly in the region throughout Germany – from the north to the south, from the west to the east. Every day, around 55,000 delivery staff members from the mail alliance network partners reliably supply the approximately 40 million mailboxes across Germany. We combine central planning expertise with local delivery competence, resulting in uniform processes with overarching quality management. This enables us to offer flexible, customized mailing solutions and optimized postage costs.
